在生理节律研究中,我室近年已报道啮齿动物肝糖元、血浆皮质酮水平以及肝、肾、脾等器官内DNA和RNA含量的昼夜节律。国外文献亦见有尿中代谢产物、体温、血压等昼夜节律的报道。但关于血液生化指标节律性报道较少,本文对小白鼠血液中多种成分的昼夜节律进行了研究。为实验动物研究及时间生理学研究提供参考资料。实验用雌性小白鼠,置于12h光—暗交替,室温22℃,自由觅食,饮水条件下饲养一周后用于实验。昼夜24h每隔4h取血清用GD211生化分析仪测定总胆固醇、血钙、尿素氮、总蛋白和白蛋白及全血测定血红蛋白含量。结果表明:
In the study of circadian rhythm, the circadian rhythm of DNA and RNA content in rodent liver glycogen, plasma corticosterone, and liver, kidney, spleen, and other organs has been reported in our laboratory in recent years. Foreign literature also reports on urinary metabolites, body temperature, blood pressure and other circadian rhythms. However, there are few reports on the rhythmicity of blood biochemical indicators. This article studied the circadian rhythms of various components in the blood of mice. Provides reference materials for experimental animal studies and time physiology studies. Experimental female mice were placed in light-dark alternation for 12 h at room temperature at 22° C., and were free foraging and used for experiments after drinking for one week under drinking conditions. Serum was taken every 4 hours at 24h day and night. GD211 biochemical analyzer was used to measure total cholesterol, serum calcium, urea nitrogen, total protein and albumin, and whole blood to determine hemoglobin content. The results show:
