目的:探讨自制降糖活络丸治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床疗效。方法:将60例糖尿病周围神经病变患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例,治疗组予自制降糖活络丸治疗,对照组予甲钴胺治疗,观察比较两组患者血糖改善情况及临床疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率为86.7%,对照组总有效率为63.3%;治疗组临床疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖及糖化血红蛋白均较治疗前降低(P<0.05);两组治疗后比较,治疗组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖均低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后运动神经传导速度及感觉神经传导速度比较,治疗组均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:自制降糖活络丸治疗糖尿病神经病变疗效显著,可改善患者临床症状及周围神经传导速度。
Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of self-made Jiangtang Huozhuo Wan in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Methods: Sixty diabetic patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 30 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with Jiangtang Huozhuo Wan and the control group was treated with methylcobalamin. The improvement of blood glucose and clinical Efficacy. Results: The total effective rate was 86.7% in the treatment group and 63.3% in the control group. The clinical efficacy in the treatment group was better than that in the control group (P <0.05). The fasting blood glucose, postprandial 2 (P <0.05). After treatment, fasting blood glucose and postprandial 2-h postprandial blood glucose in the two groups were all lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). The motor nerve conduction velocity and sensory nerve conduction velocity after treatment in both groups were better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05 or P <0.01). CONCLUSION: Self-made Jiangtang Huozhuo Wan is effective in treating diabetic neuropathy and can improve clinical symptoms and peripheral nerve conduction velocity.
