在网络经济时代,平台成为重要的经济组织形式。该文基于产业经济学的视角,对具有双边市场特征的销售平台和产业平台两方面对平台理论进行梳理,提出了以平台为核心的适用于智能手机产业的“一体两翼”的产业链架构体系。从产业链各个组成环节来看,着重分析了作为双边市场平台销售环节的销售平台。它是沟通买卖双方的媒介,位于产业链下游。产业平台为生产互补品产品的厂商提供支撑性的服务是连接产业链上游和中游的纽带。这就形成了以产业平台和销售平台为双核的主体产业链,同时电信运营网络平台和物流平台构成两翼侧向链的核心。平台作为资源整合的组织形式重塑了产业链的各个环节,形成了具有生态系统特征的产业链。另外在网络外部性驱动下,主体链和侧向链相辅相成,形成良性循环。并且由于信息技术的快速发展,主体链和侧向链的融合度越来越高,扩充了产业边界,加速了产业融合,催生出新的产业业态。
