本文由不可逆过程热力学第一、二定律理解和计算位错应力激活速率,所得位错速率υ中有三个新的方面:(1)反映相互作用的活度系数γ,γ~≠;(2)与激活自由能ΔZ_0~≠平列的“激活内耗”,Δ~≠;和(3)可能把位错动力学和塑性学增量理论连接起来的“激活畸变增量”,Δe_(mn)~≠与畸变功: υ_0——位错体积; S_(jk,ejk)——偏应力、应变; 本文的理论方法与结果可为深入研究提供参考。
In this paper, the first and second laws of thermodynamics of irreversible process are used to understand and calculate the rate of dislocation stress activation. There are three new aspects in the resulting dislocation rate υ: (1) Activity coefficients γ, γ ~ ≠ which reflect the interaction; (2) And activation activation energy ΔZ_0 ~ ≠ parallel, Δ ~ ≠; and (3) the “activation distortion increment” that may link dislocation dynamics and plasticity increment theory, Δe mn ~ ≠ and the work of distortion: υ_0 - dislocation volume; S_ (jk, ejk) - deviatoric stress and strain; the theoretical methods and results in this paper can provide reference for further research.
