目的观察针刺四缝穴配合董氏开胃散外敷治疗小儿厌食症的临床疗效。方法对102例湿食困脾型小儿厌食症患儿予以针刺四缝穴配合董氏开胃散外敷治疗,疗程为1个月,评价临床疗效。结果 102例中,痊愈19例,显效81例,无效2例,总有效率为98.04%。结论针刺四缝穴配合董氏开胃散外敷治疗小儿厌食症疗效良好。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture at Siqiu points combined with Dongshi Jianwei external application in the treatment of children with anorexia. Methods A total of 102 cases of children with anorexia nervosa were treated with acupuncture at four joints and Dong’s rehmannia external application. The course of treatment was 1 month, and the clinical efficacy was evaluated. Results In 102 cases, 19 cases were cured, 81 cases markedly effective, 2 cases ineffective, and the total effective rate was 98.04%. Conclusions Acupuncture at Siqiu Point combined with Dong’s Anecdotal External Therapy in Treating Pediatric Anorexia is effective.
