该文以福建省晋江流域为例,应用模糊聚类理论,以流域为划分对象,乡镇河段为划分单元,采用极大值法进行指标标准化,基于MATLAB进行矩阵求解,夹角余弦法计算模糊相似矩阵,传递闭包法计算模糊等价矩阵,采用动态模糊聚类分析,进行水功能区一级区的类别确定,优化了区划方法,克服了定性判断法主观性和随意性较大的问题,提高了划分方法的科学性、规范性、实用性和可操作性,完善了水功能区划技术体系。
Taking Jinjiang watershed in Fujian Province as an example, this paper applies fuzzy clustering theory to divide watersheds into divided watersheds. The township sections are divided into units. The maximum value method is used to standardize the indexes. Matrix is solved based on MATLAB. Similarity matrix and transfer closure method to calculate the fuzzy equivalent matrix. The dynamic fuzzy cluster analysis is used to determine the classification of the first level of water functional area, and the zoning method is optimized to overcome the subjectivity and arbitrariness of qualitative judgment , Improving the scientific, normative, practical and operational division of methods and perfecting the technical system of water function zoning.
