以落葵为试材,研究缺素(N、P、K、Fe)逆境下植物的生长情况。结果表明,缺素条件下,落葵的叶绿素、可溶性蛋白质、游离氨基酸含量以及保护酶系统中过氧化物酶、过氧化氢酶和超氧化物歧化酶活性均有不同程度的减弱。其中,缺Fe处理组的蛋白质含量减少最多,叶绿素含量少于完全培养的50%,且各保护酶含量均为最低;缺K处理组的丙二醛含量及叶片、根的膜透性均有所上升且差异显著,说明缺K对生物膜的影响最大。
