以折臂变幅机构铰点位置坐标为设计变量,油缸受力最小为目标函数,建立折臂变幅机构铰点位置优化设计模型,通过仿真分析软件ADAMS对其进行了优化分析。结果表明,优化后油缸受力减小,铰点布置更为合理。
Taking the coordinate of hinge point of arm luffing mechanism as the design variable and the least force of the cylinder as the objective function, an optimal design model of the hinge point of the arm luffing mechanism is established and optimized by the software ADAMS. The results show that the optimized cylinder reduces the force and the hinge arrangement is more reasonable.
