采用扫描电镜和透射电镜观察了铝在铬酸溶液中,高电压阳极氧化所形成多孔膜的孔结构。借助X射线衍射技术分析了多孔膜的晶体结构,以及阳极氧化条件对多孔膜结构的影响。实验结果表明,铬酸体系高电压阳极氧化得到的多孔膜孔径极不规整,且呈树枝状,浓度对孔径和膜厚都有影响。
The pore structure of the porous membrane formed by high voltage anodic oxidation of aluminum in chromic acid solution was observed by scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscopy. The crystal structure of porous membrane and the effect of anodic oxidation on the structure of porous membrane were analyzed by X-ray diffraction. The experimental results show that the pore size of the porous membrane obtained by high voltage anodic oxidation of chromic acid system is very irregular and dendritic, and the concentration affects the pore size and film thickness.
