本文报道了38例不同病因、不同程度的心力衰竭(HF)患者血中脂质过氧化物(LPO)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)测定值的变化。结果表明 1.HF 患者血中 LPO 升高、SOD 降低、与正常对照组比较 P<0.01。2.心功能越差、LPO 值越高、SOD 值越低,心功能Ⅳ级组与心功能Ⅱ级和Ⅲ级组比较 P 均<0.01,心功改善后 LPO 值降低、SOD 值上升。3.不同病因的 HF 患者,LPO 和 SOD 值也有明显差异,扩张性心肌病组和冠心病组 LPO 值显著升高,SOD 值明显降低,与高心病组、风心病组、先心病组比较 P 均<0.01。提示心衰时脂质过氧化增强,SOD 活性降低,参与了 HF 的发生发展,对 HF 患者,尤其是扩心病和冠心病引起的 HF,进行抗氧化治疗可能有所裨益。
This article reports the changes of blood lipid peroxidation (LPO) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) in 38 patients with different etiologies and degrees of heart failure (HF). The results showed that LPO increased and SOD decreased in the blood of HF patients compared with the normal control group (P <0.01) .The worse the heart function, the higher the LPO value, the lower the SOD value, P <0.01 in grade and grade Ⅲ group, LPO value decreased and SOD value increased after improvement of heart function. LPO and SOD values were also significantly different in patients with different etiology, LPO value in dilated cardiomyopathy group and coronary heart disease group was significantly increased, SOD value was significantly lower, compared with the high heart disease group, rheumatic heart disease group, congenital heart disease group P All <0.01. Suggesting that lipid peroxidation increased heart failure, SOD activity decreased, involved in the development of HF, HF patients, especially in patients with heart disease and coronary heart disease caused by HF, anti-oxidative therapy may be beneficial.
