安排大一新生赴金融企业进行教学见习活动,是国际经济与贸易系对人才培养新方式的一次尝试和探索。引导学生提前接触社会、了解行业、尝试职业生涯的教学实践活动,激发了学生的学习动力,锻炼了学生为人处世的能力,增强了学生担当社会责任的意识,更增强了学生走向未来的信心。教学形式和内容是多种多样的,学生的成才方式也是多种多样的,评价学生的标准同样也是多种多样的。突破传统的教学模式,摈弃僵化的思维窠臼,解放思想,大胆创新,是教育教学的真谛所在。
Arrangements for freshmen to go to financial enterprises for teaching trainee activities are an attempt and exploration by the Department of International Economics and Trade on a new way of training qualified personnel. Guide students to advance contact with society, understand the profession, try their career teaching practice, stimulate students’ motivation to learn, exercise students’ ability to meet others’ needs, enhance their sense of social responsibility, and enhance their confidence in the future. Teaching forms and content are varied, and students’ ways of becoming successful are varied. Criteria for evaluating students are also varied. It is the essence of education and teaching to break through the traditional teaching mode, abandon rigid stereotypes, emancipate the mind and boldly innovate.
