我厂有一座28m~3小高炉,冶炼锰铁。我厂冶炼水平七五年比七四年好,七六年又比七五年好。(主要经济指标见附表)。除了高炉操作水平的提高及风电机等设备的相应增加以外,入炉原料、燃料的认真处理有很大的影响作用。毛主席指出:“管理也是社教”。我厂比较注意加强对原料的管理。本着“精、小、净、匀”的要求,提出:“块度大小要匀,入炉矿焦要净,炉料尽量要精。”现在把我厂入炉原料处理情况汇报如下:(1)严格破碎筛分,实现矿焦匀、净。破碎系统配上撞筛,实行分组筛分,大块返回重破,中块、小坎和粉末严格区分,分类归堆,利于高炉配料搭配使用。当筛面发
