目的 建立筛选和克隆小鼠海马有关基因的方法。方法 采用mRNA差异显示技术筛选和克隆了快速老化模型小鼠 (SAM )海马内有关基因。结果 采用mRNA差异显示技术从SAM海马内筛选和克隆了 6个基因片段 (W1~W 6 ) ;该方法的主要优点在于可同时比较两组以上的样品 ,具有灵敏度高、简便快速等特点 ,尤适合于寻找和克隆微量样品和表达水平较低的基因。结论 mRNA差异显示技术是一种较好的筛选和克隆小鼠海马有关基因的方法。
Objective To establish a method for screening and cloning mouse hippocampus related genes. Methods Screening and cloning related genes in hippocampus of rapid aging mouse (SAM) by mRNA differential display technique. Results Six genes (W1 ~ W 6) were screened and cloned from SAM hippocampus by mRNA differential display technique. The main advantage of this method is that it can compare two or more samples at the same time with high sensitivity and convenience. Especially, Suitable for finding and cloning trace samples and low expression of genes. Conclusion The mRNA differential display technique is a better method for screening and cloning mouse hippocampus related genes.
