采用氧乙炔焰喷焊法制备 Ni基覆层材料及其加入 WC陶瓷颗粒的复合覆层材料 ,用光学显微镜分析覆层材料的金相组织 ,对覆层材料的浆体冲蚀抗力进行对比研究。结果表明 :不同成分 Ni基覆层材料的抗浆体冲蚀能力接近 ;Ni基合金加入 WC陶瓷颗粒形成的复合覆层材料 Ni WC35的抗浆体冲蚀能力比基体材料有了很大的提高。该文还探讨了覆层材料的浆体冲蚀机理
The Ni-based coating and the composite coating with WC ceramic particles were prepared by oxyacetylene flame spray welding. The microstructure of the coating was analyzed by light microscopy and the erosion resistance of the coating was compared. . The results show that the erosion resistance of the Ni-based coating with different composition is similar to that of the matrix material. The erosion resistance of Ni WC35 composite coating with Ni-based alloy is much higher than that of the matrix material . The article also discusses the slurry erosion mechanism of the coating material
