Objective To analyze a multi-person incident with a canine wound and provide basis for regulating the handling of similar events and rabies prevention and control. Methods A descriptive epidemiological investigation method was used to analyze the post-injury management, follow-up and follow-up and post-prevention and control measures of a multi-person event with canine and beriberi. Results The dogs were directly immunofluorescent positive for rabies virus antigen. All the five exposed persons were treated according to the regulations. Only one person’s wounds were not washed. After three months, all five were positive, and no rabies was observed after one year of follow-up. Wild dogs were killed after the incident, and emergency vaccination of domestic pets, covering a rate of 70.00%. Conclusions The incidence of rabies in a multi-person incidental to canine breach is high, and should be promptly regulated after exposure.
