本文不对最低品位问题作全面论述,只着重从价格方面做一些探索。如果在理论上能站住脚,那末,不仅能比较容易地解决一部分(出口)矿产品的最低采矿品位问题,而且对矿产品价格不取决于部门平均成本这一点,趁此做理论上的论证。这样,不仅对矿产品合理作价有利,对合理作价的元素确定最低品位有所依据,并且对核定矿山亏损能做到从政策上更有依据;从而改善对资源的有效利用。
This article does not give a comprehensive discussion of the issue of the lowest grade, focusing only on the price to do something to explore. Theoretically, if we can get a hold on it, we can not only solve the problem of the minimum mining grade of some (export) minerals relatively easily, but also theoretically prove that mineral prices do not depend on the average cost of the sector. In this way, it is not only advantageous for reasonable price of mineral products, but also for the reasonably priced elements to determine the lowest grade, and policy-based verification of mine losses can be made more effective so as to improve the effective utilization of resources.
