目的研究加减通窍活血巴布剂作为外用剂型对血瘀证大鼠血流变学、血管内皮紧张素及一氧化氮的影响作用。方法将观察大鼠随机分为空白对照组、血瘀模型组、加减通窍活血巴布剂组3组,检测各组大鼠全血粘度、血浆粘度和红细胞聚集指数、内皮素及一氧化氮等指标。结果 1.加减通窍活血巴布剂组各切变率的全血粘度、血浆粘度值均明显低于血瘀模型组(P<0.05)。2.加减通窍活血巴布剂组的红细胞变形指数明显高于血瘀模型组(P<0.05),红细胞聚集指数明显低于血瘀模型组(P<0.05)。3.与血瘀模型组比较,加减通窍活血巴布剂组可显著降低血清ET含量(P<0.05),并能明显升高大鼠血清NO含量(P<0.05)。结论加减通窍活血巴布剂可明显改善血瘀证模型大鼠异常的血液流变学状态、内皮素及一氧化氮,具有确切的活血化瘀、改善血瘀证的治疗作用。
Objective To study the effects of activating or removing piasmopi activating blood cataplasm as a topical dosage form on hemorheology, vascular endothelium and nitric oxide in rats with blood stasis syndrome. Methods The rats were randomly divided into three groups: blank control group, blood stasis model group, and acupoint activating and activating blood cataplasm group. Whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity and erythrocyte aggregation index, endothelin and nitric oxide And other indicators. The results showed that the whole blood viscosity and the plasma viscosity of each group were significantly lower than that of the blood stasis model group (P <0.05). The erythrocyte deformity index of the activated blood cataplasm group was significantly higher than that of the blood stasis model group (P <0.05), and the aggregation index of erythrocyte was significantly lower than that of the blood stasis model group (P <0.05). Compared with the blood stasis model group, adding or subtracting Tongqiao activating blood cataplasma agent group can significantly reduce the serum ET content (P <0.05), and can significantly increase the serum NO content (P <0.05). CONCLUSION: Addition and subtraction of Tongqiaohuoxuebubu can significantly improve the abnormal hemorheological status, endothelin and nitric oxide of rats with blood stasis syndrome, and has the exact therapeutic effect of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis and improving blood stasis syndrome.
