笔者认为药剂科的管理应从根本上转变观念,深化改革,从单纯配方、发药、调剂、制剂转向以服务为先导,开展科研和技术开发的综合性实体。提出:①要提高综合管理水平,分工明确,充分发挥各室、组负责人的管理职能,完善规章制度。建议成立药学部,下设中、西药调剂科、制剂科、药品检验科、药学信息资料室、药品供应科、临床药品科(门诊药房)。完善各种形式责任承包制,合理分配人员、经费、工作面积和布局,以及设备、仪器。鼓励开展技术开发,增加经济效益,改善自身条件。②坚持以药品质量为
