一九七七年九月十五日至十七日在北京召开了《液压与气动》编辑委员会第一次全体会议。参加会议的有编委会成员单位和兄弟编辑部的代表及《液压与气动》编辑部人员共28人。会议听取并审查了《液压与气动》编辑部的工作汇报,成立了编辑委员会,讨论并通过了编辑委员会工作组织条例和成员名单,确定了《液压与气动》刊物的办刊方针、刊物性
The first plenary meeting of the “Hydraulics and Pneumatic” editorial committee was held in Beijing from September 15th to 17th, 1977. The meeting was attended by 28 members of the editorial board members and representatives of the editorial department and the editorial staff of Hydraulics and Pneumatics. The meeting heard and reviewed the work report of the “Hydraulics and Pneumatic” editorial department, and set up an editorial committee to discuss and approve the editorial committee’s work organization regulations and membership lists, and determined the publication guidelines and publications for the “Hydraulics and Pneumatic” publication.
