【摘 要】
：
在迈向社会主义现代化建设的新征程中,高质量发展已经成为我国时代发展的主旋律,人民对发展的要求不仅是“量”的丰富,更是“质”的提升,体现了马克思主义政党“人民性”价值导向,彰显了中国特色社会主义的核心本质.因此,在新发展阶段,把以人民为中心的发展思想贯穿高质量发展全过程,重点是要凸显人民群众在发展中的主体作用,在推进供给侧结构性改革、加快建设现代化经济体系中始终彰显人民群众美好诉求,在创建和完善制度环境中始终实现好全体人民共同富裕的愿望.
