Under the conditions of private ownership, the economic activities of enterprises are basically not under the leadership of the government. The government mainly relies on various laws and regulations to achieve the macro control and management of economic activities. There are more than 50 kinds of laws and decrees concerning the economic activities in the construction industry in Japan. From land planning, city planning, industry management to specific technical requirements for buildings, a relatively complete regulatory system for managing and supervising construction activities was formed.
