当用金刚石钻进坚硬致密、研磨性弱的岩石时,由于钻头底部金刚石颗粒出露不好,往往出现打滑现象,以致进尺或慢或无。对钻进中出现上述现象的地层,通常称之为打滑地层。打滑地层是相对而言的。钻头在硬岩中钻进打滑,并不单纯是地层的原因,钻头的选择及钻进工艺参数的确定都是至关重要的。事实说明,只要钻头和钻进工艺参数选择恰当,打滑现象就可以避免。那么,应该采取什么技术措施才能在打滑地层提高钻进效率,取得理想的技术经济指标呢?这里谈谈我们的一点看法。
