目的 :研究砂仁挥发油的最佳包合工艺 ,增强松栀浓缩丸中挥发油的稳定性。方法 :以包合物收率、挥发油利用率及包合物含油率为指标 ,采用L9(34 )正交设计法 ,对砂仁挥发油进行 β 环糊精 (β CD)包合研究。 结果 :最佳搭配为A1B3C3D2 ,即油∶β CD为 1∶4,包合温度为 45℃ ,搅拌时间为 3h ,β CD∶水为 1∶15包合较好。结论 :用 15倍水溶解 β CD ,加β CD量 1/4的油 ,于 45℃包合 3h工艺最佳
Objective : To study the optimum inclusion process of Volatile oil from Amomum villosum and to enhance the stability of volatile oil in Songzhi Concentrate. Methods : The β-cyclodextrin (β-CD) inclusion of volatile oil from Amomum villosum was studied by L9(34) orthogonal design method based on the yield of inclusion complex, the utilization rate of volatile oil and the oil content of inclusion complex. RESULTS: The best combination was A1B3C3D2, that is oil:βCD was 1:4, the inclusion temperature was 45°C, stirring time was 3h, and β CD:water was 1:15. Conclusion : Dissolve β CD with 15 times water, add β 1/4 volume of oil, and the best process at 45°C for 3 h
