末级渠系的好坏直接关系到灌区输水效率。本文针对当前淠史杭灌区末级渠系存在的主要问题,论述节水改造的必要性,从节水改造的规划设计、工程建设、工程管理三个方面提出改进措施。
The quality of the end-canal system is directly related to the efficiency of water transfer in the irrigation area. In this paper, according to the main problems existing in the end canal system of Pishihang irrigation area, the necessity of water saving reform is discussed, and the improvement measures are put forward from the three aspects of planning and design of water saving transformation, engineering construction and project management.
