0前言 因翻边轴瓦在ISO中已另有标准,所以,这次修改时,把翻边瓦从JIS D3102—1976(汽车发动用轴瓦)(以下称旧 JIS)中删掉,于1987年修改为JIS D 3102—1987(汽车发动机轴瓦)(以下简称新JIS)。关于翻边瓦,必须尽早制定出新标准。而这次进行的标准化和新JIS一样,是与ISO一致及与新JIS一致的问题。ISO/TC 123对轴瓦来说范围是非常广泛的,还没有进行细化,而这次制定的JIS的适用范围只限于汽车发动机,因此按下述方针进行标准化。 (1)ISO 6864不只是对汽车,都可用,大部分瓦座内径在40~150mm范围内。而本标准因限于汽车用,当然不能全部采用ISO6864,只能是限定在汽车发动机用的范围内引用ISO。(因此JIS和ISO不是整体的一致,而是部分的一致。) (2)ISO是对形状尺寸的标准化(含尺寸精度),而材料、测量方法、试验方法、检查方法、质量管理、安装、折卸、损伤、缺陷、术语等另有标准。
