随着市场经济的不断发展,企业用工形式不断变化,作为能够在一定程度上降低生产成本的用工形式之一,劳务派遣逐渐成为各用工单位降低人力资源管理成本的一种有效的经营模式。但该用工形式也给企业带来了不少问题,甚至影响到企业的正常生产经营。本文将从劳务派遣用工形式的本质出发,分析该用工形式的优缺点,并对出现的问题提出客观的解决办法。
With the continuous development of market economy, the employment patterns of enterprises are constantly changing.
