双胞胎姐妹同患家族性高脂蛋白血症na型伴颅中窝巨大黄色瘤罕见。现将我科1996年6月收治的1例报告如下。资料女性，28岁。因左耳反复流脓及双耳听力下降5年，于1996年6月27日入院。患者10岁起全身皮肤多处开始出现散在淡黄色至黄褐色丘疹，且逐年增大并融合成团块状。检查：发 Twin sisters with familial hyperlipoproteinemia na type with cranial fossa huge yellow tumor rare.
