目的了解各种市售蟑螂毒饵对德国小蠊的杀灭效果,为指导现场防治提供科学依据。方法参照国家标准(GB/T 13917.7-2009)进行药效测定、适口性实验、发霉实验。结果 15种市售蟑螂毒饵中有3种杀虫效果较差,其余毒饵7 d内均能杀灭90%以上试虫。残杀威类毒饵与吡虫啉类毒饵在适口性试验中杀虫性能有所下降。各种毒饵防霉性能均良好。结论大部分市售蟑螂毒饵性能良好,0.8%~1%为乙酰甲胺磷的最适配比,复合型毒饵对比单一成分的毒饵无明显优势。实际使用中还要考虑蟑螂抗性等问题,建议轮换使用不同主要成分的毒饵,及时补充消耗毒饵等才能有效地达到防控目的。
Objective To understand the killing effect of various commercially available cockroach baits on German cockroaches and provide a scientific basis for directing field control. Methods With reference to national standards (GB / T 13917.7-2009) for pharmacodynamics, palatability experiments, mold experiments. Results Three of 15 commercially available cockroach baits were found to be less effective than the other commercially available baits, killing more than 90% of the insecticides within 7 days. Pesticide poisoning bait and imidacloprid bait in palatability test insecticidal properties decreased. A variety of poison bait mold performance are good. Conclusion Most commercial cockroach bait performance is good, 0.8% ~ 1% is the most suitable ratio of acephate, composite bait has no obvious advantage over the single component bait. Actual use should also consider the cockroach resistance and other issues, it is recommended to rotate the use of different main components of the bait, replenishment of bait consumption in order to effectively achieve the purpose of prevention and control.
