目前阴茎包皮过长患者较多,它不仅影响患儿外生殖器的发育,还可引起阴茎头及包皮一系列疾病,甚者影响男性生育。传统治疗多采用剪刀包皮环切术,该术存在内外板剪不齐,愈合影响美观,皮下痛性结节,拆线之苦等缺点。近年来,随着微创技术和生物材料的临床应用,手术方法和皮缘处理技术得以改进,较大地克服了传统包皮过长环切术的缺点。现系统综述如下:
