领导的责任是什么?有人用很通俗的话说叫领和导。我很赞成这个观点。当前,改革和建设的过程正在迅猛发展,领导者面临着越来越庞杂的工作头绪和愈来愈繁重的任务。在这样一种情况下,我们不应该仅仅以辛苦程度来测度、评价领导绩能和水平,作为领导自身也决不可以陷入事务之中而“事必躬亲”。依我的认识,作为一名优秀的领导者,应该重视抓好三个环节: 一是要抓决策。领导工作的最高责任,在于做出正确的决策,据美国一位著名学者调查,他向许多单位的领导者提出过这样两个问题:“你每天花时间最多在哪些方面?”“你认为你每天中最重要的事情是什么?”调查结果表明:90%以上的回答是“决策”。可见,决策确已成为现代领导者普遍关注的核心问题。因此,领导者应该不断提高自己的决策能力,明确决策的主要任务和重点。决策能力包括对企业发展的超前计划预测
