研究了在具有弧齿锥齿轮啮合条件下转子振动特性的分析方法。以某传动弧齿锥齿轮啮合的转子系统为对象,研究了螺旋角、齿轮旋转方向、支承刚度等因素对转子及传动锥齿轮的不平衡响应及初始弯曲响应的影响,得到了有指导意义的结论。文中采用的计算方法和程序经过实验和精确解考核,具有较高的精度。
The analysis method of rotor vibration characteristics under the condition of meshing with spiral bevel gear was studied. The effects of helix angle, gear rotation direction and bearing stiffness on the unbalance response and initial bending response of rotor and bevel gear are studied with the rotor system engaged by a transmission spiral bevel gear. It is instructive in conclusion. The calculation methods and procedures used in this paper through experiments and accurate solution test, with high accuracy.
