利用声发射技术监测金属的腐蚀过程并对结构的腐蚀损伤状态进行检测和监测是该技术全新的应用领域。根据LF3铝合金储罐的实际使用情况建立了LF3铝合金材料腐蚀声发射的模拟试验方案,采取合理的试验方法、试验步骤及剔噪措施,结果证明了该试验的合理性和有效性。本文的研究对其他腐蚀声发射试验有一定的参考价值。
The use of acoustic emission technology to monitor the corrosion process of metals and to detect and monitor the corrosion damage of structures is a new application area of this technology. According to the actual use of LF3 aluminum alloy storage tank, a simulation test scheme of acoustic emission of LF3 aluminum alloy was established. The reasonable test method, test procedure and ticking measures were taken. The result proves the rationality and effectiveness of the experiment. The research of this paper has certain reference value to other corrosive acoustic emission test.
