绩效管理作为一个将组织战略、资源、业务和行动有机结合的完整的管理体系,已受到国内外理论界、企业界的广泛关注。如何在医院管理中建立一套公正公平全面的绩效管理体系,如何正确而及时地掌握企业绩效评价信息,如何有效地管理员工的绩效,正确凭借绩效引导员工不断学习,不断改进绩效,更好地造福于企业和社会,对国内整个医疗行业的发展都有重要的现实意义。鉴于此,本文从绩效管理的理论和方法出发,进一步探讨了绩效管理的优化设计问题。
