教师的学习风格是影响教师学习效果和教学效果的深层心理因素之一。本文通过对216名高中骨干教师学习风格的测量,发现了他们在学习风格方面的一般偏好和存在的学科差异和性别差异,并据此提出了在新课程背景下对高中教师进行培训的匹配策略和失配策略,以期使教师成为对各种学习方式都能胜任的成熟的学习者,进而使他们成为能关照学生差异性和培养学生自主性的成功的教学者。
Teachers’ learning style is one of the deep psychological factors that affect the learning effect and teaching effect of teachers. Based on the measurement of the learning styles of 216 high school key teachers, this paper finds their general preferences in learning style, the differences between disciplines and the gender differences, and puts forward the matching strategy of training high school teachers under the new curriculum background And mismatch strategies in order to make teachers a mature learner who is competent for all kinds of learning styles and thereby make them a successful teacher who takes care of student differences and fosters student autonomy.
