酝酿了近3年的住房抵押贷款证券化即将揭开面纱。据悉,建设银行、工商银行的住房抵押贷款证券化业务已完成向中国人民银行和国务院的上报工作。中国人民银行方面说,商业银行住房抵押贷款证券化有望在年内实现。住房抵押贷款证券化,是银行把住房抵押贷款的债权转让给第三方,从而带来手续费的收益和持续的资金支持,以满足后续按揭贷款的需求。同时,银行也可以选择一部分非常优良的资产掌握在手里。
For nearly three years brewing mortgage-backed securitization is about to be unveiled. It is reported that China Construction Bank, Industrial and Commercial Bank of mortgage-backed securitization business has been completed to the People’s Bank of China and the State Council’s reporting. The People’s Bank of China said that the commercial bank mortgage-backed securitization is expected to be realized during the year. Mortgage-backed securitization refers to the transfer of the claims of home equity loans by a bank to a third party, resulting in fee income and continuous financial support to meet the demand for subsequent mortgage loans. At the same time, banks can also choose to have some very good assets in their hands.
