本研究采用稳态法,根据平板导热原理,设计了导热系数测量仪,测量并计算了工业铝电解槽中所用各种内衬材料的导热系数。所得结果与国外文献中所载数据相比,均有较大差别。发现耐火材料因吸收电解质而引起导热系数增大,碳素材料因吸收电解质而引起导热系数减小。
In this study, the steady-state method, according to the principle of flat-panel thermal conductivity design thermal conductivity measuring instrument, measuring and calculating the thermal conductivity of various lining materials used in industrial aluminum electrolytic cell. The results obtained are quite different from the data contained in the foreign literature. It is found that the thermal conductivity of refractories increases due to the absorption of electrolytes, and the thermal conductivity of carbonaceous materials due to the absorption of electrolytes decreases.
