目的评价储存盒、弯盘由消毒供应中心集中式清洗消毒处理的效果。方法对临床科室使用的储存盒、弯盘采取两种不同管理模式进行清洗消毒处理,A组由消毒供应中心集中管理消毒方法,B组由各科室自行用有效氯含量为5 g/L的含氯消毒剂浸泡消毒处理,并进行细菌学检测。结果 A组由消毒供应中心集中清洗消毒的储存盒、弯盘合格率分别为99.0%和97.3%;B组由各科室自行采用5 g/L含氯消毒剂浸泡的储存盒、弯盘合格率为85.1%和86.0%。结论由消毒供应中心统一集中清洗消毒处理的储存盒、弯盘清洗消毒质量有了明显提高,保证了消毒质量。
Objective To evaluate the effect of centralized cleaning and disinfection of storage boxes and curved plates by a disinfection supply center. Methods The storage boxes and curved plates used in clinical departments were cleaned and disinfected by two different management modes. Group A was disinfected by the disinfection supply center. Group B used self-contained chlorine content of 5 g / L Chlorine disinfectant soaked disinfection, and bacteriological tests. Results In group A, disinfected storage boxes were cleaned and disinfected centrally by disinfection supply centers with the passing rates of 99.0% and 97.3% respectively. In group B, storage boxes soaked with 5% 85.1% and 86.0%. Conclusion The disinfection supply center centralized cleaning disinfection of the storage box, curved disc cleaning and disinfection quality has been significantly improved to ensure the quality of disinfection.
