人才是企业最宝贵的资源,是企业间争夺的焦点。现在制约企业发展的瓶颈不再是资金,而是企业是否拥有高水平的人才队伍以及怎样留住现有人才。诸多企业在发展过程中,不断出现人才流失,留不住人的现象,这不但增加企业的人力成本支出,甚至还可能随着人员的流失带走企业重要资源,给企业造成严重损失。因此企业要防止这种现象的发生就要正确分析企业与员工之间产生矛盾的原因,并寻找对策,从而留住人才。
