我国航天制造业的进一步发展对航天产品制造质量一致性提出了更高的要求。以某航天用贮箱为研究对象提出了一种制造质量一致性评价方法。根据贮箱产品的设计要求和结构特点建立了产品几何精度控制指标体系。针对贮箱产品单件制造的实际情况,综合Bootstrap估计和极差估计的特点,提出了一种综合估计方法,建立了贮箱产品单一几何精度的评价指标。基于所建立的产品几何精度控制指标体系,将体系中各评价指标的估计值求和,作为贮箱产品制造质量一致性评价指数。最后通过评价实例表明了该方法的实用性。
The further development of China’s aerospace manufacturing industry puts forward higher requirements on the quality consistency of space product manufacturing. Taking a space tank as the research object, a manufacturing quality consistency assessment method is proposed. According to the design requirements and structural features of tank products, the product geometric accuracy control index system was established. Aiming at the actual situation of single-piece manufacturing of tank products, an integrated estimation method is proposed based on the characteristics of Bootstrap estimation and range estimation, and the evaluation index of single-geometry accuracy of tank products is established. Based on the established index system of geometric precision control, the estimated value of each evaluation index in the system is summed up as the index of consistency of manufacturing quality of the tank product. Finally, an example is given to show the practicability of this method.
