工人阶级,从诞生以来就一直是推动生产力发展、推进社会不断进步的中坚力量,也是维护和促进社会安定团结的坚强基础。工会,是我们党联系职工群众的桥梁和纽带,是党的群众工作的外延和党的“群众路线”的忠诚实践者。一个“有凝聚力、有执行力、有创新力”的企业基层工会,一定能围绕企业中心工作,服务企业发展大局,牢固树立以人为本的工作理念,充分发挥桥梁与纽带作用,积极维护职工合法权益,推动和谐企业构建,服务企业生产建设。
