职业院校的教师合作文化在职业院校成长中发挥着重要作用。论文以职业院校教师合作文化存在的问题为切入点,提出了双共理念、协调整合、自愿自然、多元互动、文化自觉、系列活动的职业院校教师合作文化重塑策略,并通过设计特色的教师合作文化重塑方案、建立多元的教师合作文化支持体系、培育持续的教师合作文化主导力量、获得人文的教师合作文化制度支撑、构建开放的教师合作文化评价体系、探寻多样的教师合作文化合作方式、优化动态的教师合作文化过程体系和持续有效的教师合作文化系统研究等路径来重塑职业院校教师合作文化。
The cooperative culture of teachers in vocational schools plays an important role in the growth of vocational colleges. Based on the existing problems of the cooperative culture of teachers in vocational schools, the thesis proposes a strategy of remodeling the cooperative culture of vocational college teachers with the concept of double communion, coordination and integration, voluntary nature, multiple interactions, cultural awareness and a series of activities.
