当前,国家电网公司及江苏省公司正在全面解决“两头薄弱”的问题;国网公司在《配电自动化规划设计技术导则》中明确提出了要加快现代配电网的发展,全面提升配电自动化建设应用水平。苏州地区配电网按区域负荷水平、经济发展程度及用电需求,可划分为A+、A、B及C区,其中A+区属于城市核心区,A区为中心城区,B为城区,C为郊区。按照国网自动化规划设计导则推荐的终端配置方式,苏州地区全部应达到二遥以上要求,并在A+、A区实现三遥,B区联络开关
