在我国社会主义事业不断向前发展的今天 ,思想政治教育的作用越显重要 ,但同时对思想政治教育也提出更高的要求 ,传统思想政治教育已经显露出它的不足 ,是人本主义给思想政治教育注入了活力。本文在介绍东西方人本思想的同时 ,指出传统思想政治教育的不足 ,提出思想政治教育要充分尊重人的自然性、主体性和个性 ,采用民主和科学的方法 ,以及思想政治教育的最终目标是实现人的真、善、美的和谐统一。
