在常压条件下,以O_2为氧化剂、CuCl_2为催化剂,采用催化氧化盐酸浸出工艺对Ni精矿中Ni、Co的浸出进行了研究。分别考察了浸出温度、浸出液酸度、氧化还原电位、Ni精矿粒度和催化剂浓度对Ni精矿中有价元素Ni、Co浸出率的影响。通过实验研究确定了催化氧化盐酸浸出Ni精矿的较优技术参数,在浸出时间180min,浸出温度90℃,浸出体系终点电位520mV,Ni精矿粒度<0.075 mm,搅拌转速600r/min,液固比4∶1,浸出酸度2.0 mol/L,Cu~(2+)浓度25g/L,NaCl浓度100g/L,O_2流量0.5~0.6L/min的条件下,Ni、Co浸出率分别为98.16%、93.32%。
Under atmospheric pressure, the leaching of Ni and Co in Ni concentrate was studied by using O_2 as oxidant and CuCl_2 as catalyst, and using catalytic oxidation and hydrochloric acid leaching process. The effects of leaching temperature, acidity of leachate, redox potential, particle size of Ni concentrate and concentration of catalyst on the leaching rates of Ni and Co, which are valuable elements in Ni concentrate, were investigated. Through the experimental study, the optimal technical parameters for the leaching of Ni concentrate by catalytic oxidation of hydrochloric acid were determined. The leaching time was 180min, the leaching temperature was 90 ℃, the final potential of leaching system was 520mV, the particle size of Ni concentrate was <0.075 mm, the stirring speed was 600r / min, Leaching acidity of 2.0 mol / L, Cu 2+ concentration of 25 g / L, NaCl concentration of 100 g / L and O 2 flow rate of 0.5-0.6 L / min, the leaching rates of Ni and Co were 98.16% , 93.32%.
