本文用反相HPLC法对盐酸普鲁卡因注射液的稳定性进行预测,在pH为4.00,25℃伫存时,其降解产物对氨基苯甲酸达到中国药典规定的1.2%的限度时间为2.5年。
In this paper, the stability of procaine hydrochloride injection was predicted by reversed-phase HPLC method. When the pH was 4.00 and stored at 25 ℃, the limit of 1.2% of the degradation product p-aminobenzoic acid to Chinese Pharmacopoeia was 2.5 year.
