高校图书馆是高等学校的情报信息中心,是为教学和科研服务的学术性机构。为教学和科研服务,是高校图书馆的主要任务。但经费不足,是困扰图书馆的一大重要难题。如何在现有的条件下,有效地利用馆藏,减少拒借率,扩大流通阅览率,更好地为教学科技科研服务,是图书馆一个突出的问题。我馆几年来为了更好地搞好服务工作,提高现有馆藏利用率,采取了一系列有效措施。一、变被动为主动,提高现有图书利用率图书馆是通过书刊资料的借阅来为广大读者服务的。藏书是图书馆的基本要素之一,是图书馆赖以服务的物质基础。藏书只有流通,才能达到为读者服务这一目的。我馆规定:中文图书80元以上的对学生不外借;120元以上的对老师不外借、外文图书100元以上的
