流程工业中的计划调度是由全流程优化单元和若干局部流程优化单元组成的 ,这些单元构成了一个典型的层次结构的多智能体系统。我们对此系统进行了研究 ,并建立了基于多智能体系统的体系结构 ,具有通用性的流程工业计划调度原型试验系统。本文研究的问题包括系统结构、Agent之间的协作、过程数据通讯和存储、控制信息通讯协议和系统工作过程。相信 ,此研究对于建立实用的分布式生产优化计划调度系统将具有推动作用。
The planning and scheduling in the process industry is composed of a full process optimization unit and several local process optimization units. These units constitute a typical hierarchical multi-agent system. We have conducted research on this system and established a system architecture based on a multi-agent system with a common process industrial planning and scheduling prototype test system. The issues studied in this paper include system architecture, collaboration between agents, process data communication and storage, control information communication protocols, and system work processes. It is believed that this research will have a positive effect on the establishment of a practical distributed production optimization plan scheduling system.
