内蒙第一机械制造厂引进了国外汽车生产线,其机加工生产线均采用数控机床。在材料国产化过程中,部分切削加工用钢代用德国材料时因硫含量太低,不能保证较好的切削性能,德国驻该厂专家不同意代用。作者认识到了材料切削加工性能的重要性,解决该问题的有效途径是保证钢中一定量的硫含量。因此,作者根据生产实际撰写了本文,望能引起有关同行及冶金工业界对钢中硫含量作用的重视。
Inner Mongolia First Machinery Factory introduced a foreign automobile production line, its machining production lines are used CNC machine tools. In the process of material localization, part of the cutting steel used in Germany due to the substitution of sulfur content is too low, can not guarantee better cutting performance, the German experts in the plant do not agree to substitute. The authors recognize the importance of material cutting performance and an effective way to solve this problem is to ensure a certain amount of sulfur in the steel. Therefore, the author wrote this article according to the actual production, hoping to arouse the attention of peers and the metallurgical industry on the sulfur content in steel.
