为了解3种消毒剂用手HG—808A型全自动胃镜洗消机消毒内镜的效果,采用定量杀菌试验和模拟现场试验,在实验室测定了二氧化氯、戊二醛、氧化电位水3种消毒剂用于该洗消机的除菌效果,研究了消泡剂对3种消毒剂杀菌效果的影响。结果表明,3种消毒剂水洗3min,加药薰2min对金黄色葡萄球菌的除菌率为99.98%~100%,对枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢的除菌率为99.5%~99.99%。模拟现场试验的结果表明,对胃镜外表面除菌率为50.77%~75.26%,对内道的除菌率为32.72%~70.91%。消泡剂对3种消毒剂杀菌效果无影响。结论:3种消毒剂按推荐使用浓度用于全自动胃镜洗消机消毒达不到完全灭菌的效果,需提高药物浓度或延长药薰时间。
In order to understand the effect of sterilizing endoscope of three kinds of disinfectant by manual HG-808A automatic gastroscope washing machine, quantitative disinfectant test and simulated field test were carried out to determine chlorine dioxide, glutaraldehyde and oxidation potential water 3 The disinfectant was used to disinfect the decontamination machine. The results of simulated field tests showed that the rate of sterilizing on the external surface of gastroscope was 50.77% -75.26%, and the rate of removing bacteria was 32.72% -70.91%. Defoamers have no effect on the bactericidal effect of the three disinfectants. Conclusion: The three kinds of disinfectants can not be completely sterilized according to the recommended concentration for disinfecting gastroscope. Therefore, it is necessary to increase the drug concentration or prolong the time of drug inhalation.
