目的:观察化瘀解毒方配合化疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床疗效。方法:用随机对照试验方法将60例非小细胞肺癌患者分为观察组与化疗组各30例,观察比较2组间临床疗效、KPS评分、症状评分肿瘤标志物癌胚抗原(CEA)、化疗中毒副反应发生率。结果:临床疗效客观缓解率(ORR)观察组60.0%,化疗组40.0%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);疾病总控制率(DCR)观察组90.0%,化疗组80.0%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗前后KPS评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,2组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组症状评分治疗前后比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,2组间症状评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组肿瘤标记物CEA数值比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组白细胞减少、血小板减少、腹泻、恶心呕吐、神经毒性等发生率分别与化疗组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:化瘀解毒方配合化疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌,安全有效,可以起到减毒增效的效果。
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Huayu Jiedu Decoction combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer. Methods: Sixty non-small cell lung cancer patients were divided into observation group and chemotherapy group with 30 cases in randomized controlled trial. The clinical efficacy, KPS score, symptom score, tumor marker carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA), chemotherapy The incidence of toxic side effects. Results: The objective response rate (ORR) was 60.0% in the observation group and 40.0% in the chemotherapy group. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). The incidences of leukopenia, thrombocytopenia, diarrhea, nausea, vomiting and neurotoxicity in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the chemotherapy group Statistical significance (P <0.05). Conclusion: Huayu Jiedu Decoction combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer is safe and effective and can play an attenuating and synergistic effect.
